At Ikonik, we aim to include all pre-build services we believe your project will need so you can see the full budget accordingly with no surprise additions along the way. This includes coordinating all documentation and external consultants (e.g., soil testing, engineering).

We can also assist with builder tendering and selection, managing the build to ensure it stays on track and meets design intent, and providing internal design services to maintain continuity from concept to completion.
